And not only does the sun help us by lifting our moods, it also provides vitamin D. Keeps those bones and god knows what else healthy. I try to get out for a walk almost every day and I’m spoiled by the great weather we have in Denver. If we get a couple of days of overcast conditions, we call them “Ohio days” from when we lived there. LOL!

So putting this on my TBR list. My own nine year old has sensory impairement issues/ADHD. I want to read more books that have children/teens that deal with these issues in a realistic way without falling back on the usual stereotypes.
