Our Rewards Program

Jupiter Gardens, LLC offers registered shoppers the chance to earn one reward point for every dollar spent. These reward points can then be redeemed for free novels. Points accumulate with every purchase, and do expire one calendar year from the date of award. Points can be used for discounts against purchases, or free stories, at the customer’s discretion. Points can also be used for print books, though shipping will always remain the customer’s responsibility, unless $25 or more of books are purchased.

We offer five points for every new account created at JupiterGardens.com

We do have a few rules for our reward points program.

1. Points do not transfer between stores. (i.e. points earned at jupitergardens.com can only be redeemed at jupitergardens.com. We hope this will change in the future, though it may always remain a manual process.)
2. Points cannot be sold, transferred, or otherwise given away to another individual other than the logged in customer.
3. Points expire one year from the date they are earned.
4. Other than as credit against a future order, reward points do not hold any intrinsic cash value.
5. Jupiter Gardens, LLC reserves the right to cancel or change the terms of this program at any time.
